This webinar will provide an overview of the New Jersey laws of notary public, and teach best practices to protect you and the public with your responsibilities. You will be trained to better understand your role as a Notary and when its proper to refuse a request for a notarization.
This webinar will also review the different types of notarial acts such as oaths and acknowledgements and the proper way to carry them out.
